To improve customer service (feedback we receive from you helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
To enhance your experience with Timeshare Services (the information we collect helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
Provide you with a requested evaluation (the information you provide is used to determine the value of your property and to formulate an individual recommendation as per your request)

How do we protect your information:
We implement several security measures to sustain the safety of the information collected when you fill out a form, email, or call.  Most of the information which we collect is public information.  We do not sell your information to 3rd parties, but use it only for the stated purpose of helping us evaluate your timeshares value and determine your best marketing options.  (Timeshare Services is PCI compliant with all financial information collected which is typically gathered on the contract)

Cookies:
We occasionally use cookies to help in marketing our products and services and for branding advertising referred to as display advertising.  We also utilize snippets, pixels and tracking code to analyze the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.  Any information gathered is done so in an effort to attract and engage potential customers and that information is not sold or maintained for any other purposes.

We do not offer third party services or products on our website. We do not disclose any information to a third party for marketing purposes.  All external links are to make sharing our website via social media easier for the users of our website.

By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.  By providing us with your information via phone, email, eForm, fax or any other means electronic or otherwise, you agree that you have asked us to provide an evaluation of the marketability of your Timeshare and you further agree to allow us to contact you to gather additional information, to present our evaluation or to determine if additional action is required on our part to complete your transaction.  If and when you agree to use Timeshare Services to officially market your timeshare, the arrangement will be formalized with a written contract that provides complete details and a full disclosure of each party’s obligations until then both parties agree to be bound by our informal privacy policy as disclosed herein.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, then changes will be posted on the Privacy Policy page.

 

Refund Policy:
If you decide to cancel a contract, you may do so by either hand delivering notice of cancellation to the seller or by mailing notice by prepaid United States Mail to the seller or the seller’s agent for service of process. Your notice of cancellation is effective on the date sent to Timeshare Services: 2211 Rayford Rd. Ste. 111-136, Spring, Texas 77386. For your protection, should you decide to cancel, you should either send your notice of cancellation by certified mail with return receipt requested or obtain a signed and dated receipt if delivering it in person. Any policies of our written contracts supersede the policies presented on this website.
